These Terms govern your use of Stops & Stays. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Stops & Stays is operated by Regent Systems Ltd (registered in England & Wales, Company Number 7993625).

1. Service Description

Stops & Stays provides tools to record trips, stops, vehicle-related entries, and related travel information. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity

The app supports offline entry and later sync, but synchronisation depends on network availability and system health. You are responsible for reviewing critical entries and keeping backups where needed.

7. Paid Features and Billing

If paid tiers are offered, pricing and billing terms are presented at purchase. Access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or changed if payment fails, is reversed, or violates policy.
